Watch the first few sessions with any new toy so you know how your animal plays with it, then check it over every couple of weeks and retire anything that has been chewed through. Usually, if you tell us quickly. Email us with your name and order number as soon as you spot the mistake and we will try to catch the parcel before it is picked. Once it has left the warehouse the address is fixed and the carrier controls it.

Not always. Larger orders are sometimes packed across more than one parcel and can arrive a day or two apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking number, so nothing is missing if the first box looks short.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Scans can take up to 48 hours to start appearing, so a quiet tracking page on day one is normal. If it has not moved five business days after you received it, email us and we will chase the carrier.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email us to start one and we will send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery along with your order number and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to send a damaged item back before we sort it out.
